UK entrants must be aged 18 years or over. All other entrants must meet the minimum age or any other requirements in their country of residence that allows for the purchase and/or consumption of alcohol.
2. No purchase necessary. To enter the prize draw you must answer the questions on the online form. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Only one prize will be awarded. Entries will only be accepted online.
3. No applications will be accepted from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or entries not in accordance with the rules will be accepted. All instructions form part of the rules.
4. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
5. The winning entry will be drawn at random on 31.03.2010 by an independent judge from all entries received by the closing date. The judge's decision is final. The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours.
6. The winner will receive One Bottle of 1964 Gold Bowmore with presentation case, with a retail value of approximately £3,000. The winner must claim their prize by 30.04.2010, otherwise it will be offered to another entrant drawn at random by an independent judge from the remaining entries. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the prize. The delivery will be by registered courier and ID will be requested upon delivery.
7. The winner's name can be found by sending an SAE to 'Gold Bowmore Promotion' at the promotion address set out below after 31.03.2010. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter's decision is final.
8. The winner may be required to take part in publicity.
9. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.
10. The promoter reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of technical or other difficulties or irregularities that might compromise its integrity.
11. The promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this promotion.
12. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.
13. Employees and families of employees of Morrison Bowmore Distillers Ltd. and any person professionally connected with this promotion and their immediate families are excluded from this competition.
14. This promotion and these terms are governed by Scottish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
